Chaminda's culinary roots run deep in the central hills of Sri Lanka. He grew up in Kandy, a city
known for its rich history and complex spices. His passion began in his family kitchen, where he
learned that food is an expression of love.
To refine this natural talent, he trained at the prestigious Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism & Hotel
Management. Here, he mastered the discipline of classical French technique while maintaining the
integrity of traditional Sri Lankan flavor profiles.
